tax added to all rentals. Two night min, longer stays may be required
for summer months, special events and holidays. Check in 3 pm, check
out 11 am, unless otherwise authorized. | |
| Security deposit : | $500 security deposit to be approved on your credit card, but not charged, except as provided for in our rental agreement. We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. | |

must be at least one person, age 25 or older, who will remain onsite as part of
