Completed in June 2004 with all the great amenities of Stoney River and Edgewater,
plus a volleyball court, 4 canoes and 2-TIVO units. This Lodge easily sleeps up to 15, with plenty of parking.

From the Guestbook - July 2004 - The Mckelvey family--- We started this weekend as a surprise anniversary get-away for our parents and we ended up with a pleasant surprise. Walking through the door and looking out the back windows over the river, all civilization as we knew it ceased to exist! Thank you Hunter Lodge for a peaceful weekend with the family, full of laughter, fellowship and good food, there was nothing we needed that we couldn't find in a cabinet.
We enjoyed tubing, the canoes, the hot tub, the firepit, the deer, geese and hummingbirds. Our last evening was especially beautiful. After a rainstorm, the clouds settled in the treetops while the river was still clear. Sitting on the porch as the sun went down gave us a scene that only God could have painted. Goodbye Hunter Lodge, We will return!

	On Site Amenities:	High speed DSL, lighted fenced basketball court, 8 person hot tub, pool table, 2 canoes, fire pit, 10 floating tubes, horse shoes, large deck overlooking river, outdoor shower, fishing.
	Local Amenities:	Horseback riding , Tennis Courts , Pools, Foosball Table
	Rental Rate:	1-4 people - $250 per night/$1500 per week, 5-10 - $350 per night/$2000 per week, 11-15 $450 per night/$2500 per week. June 1st thru August 15th, a flat rate of $2500 per week applies. $100 cleaning fee. 12% tax added to all rentals. Two night min, longer stays may be required for summer months, special events and holidays. Check in 3 pm, check out 11 am, unless otherwise authorized.
	Security deposit :	$500 security deposit to be approved on your credit card, but not charged, except as provided for in our rental agreement. We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
	NOTE:there must be at least one person, age 25 or older, who will remain onsite as part of the rental party, who will take full financial responsibility for all damage. No pets and No Smoking. Linens provided. Guests should bring soap, toiletries, food & condiments
